Nonsence (UPD!)
I post English translation of my program on Advisory Board Elections in 
lj_election_en. This posting is rejected with following reason:
I noticed that your journal uses SUP Cyrillic services - since we are holding elections for two
user-representatives (one English-language representative and one Russian-language representative), you
should resubmit this nomination at the following community:
http://community.livejournal.com/lj_election_ru/
Notice that it isn't no public regulations for nominations in both elections.
UPD. Ooooch, it is my mistake: certainly, this aspect regulated by rules. Ideas of "nations friendship" make blind my eyes when I read rules. I apologize for this. Please AT almighty, don't kill me, amen.
